Creating marketing content is often a huge challenge for coaches. It can be time consuming to find or create enough content to consistently engage your audience. Your content must be relevant and current. Having a toolbox of resources to get ideas for new content will make your life easier! Here are some types of marketing content you might find helpful to post to your social media:

Having a toolbox of resources to get ideas for new content will make your life easier!

Quotes

Using quotes is probably the easiest way to quickly populate your social platforms with relevant messages that complement your coaching practice. Quotes are inspiring and can convey meaning to your audience quickly.

Using keywords, you can find dozens of quotes easily. With a simple graphics program, you can create imagery that aligns with your brand — or better yet, hire a teenager!

Articles

You can write your own articles or you can share articles from someone who has a similar philosophy or who shares your views. It’s okay to share content from other authors. Your clients and prospects will appreciate receiving different points of view around the main topics of what you offer in the way of training and coaching.

Search keywords on the internet that include relevant topics and support your coaching style. Follow bloggers and organizations that are like-minded.

Memes

Memes are a popular way to spread your messaging through imagery. A meme is a picture or a GIF video that may or may not contain words. They can convey a principle concept quickly and are often humorous. Creating marketing content with memes can provide you with extra material quickly.

If your ideal client is influenced by data, an infographic might be a good option.

Infographics

Some of your marketing content may be appropriate for an infographic. Infographics use imagery, charts, data and minimal text to quickly convey concepts. They usually tell a more complete story. At a glance, all the information your client needs to know is on a single graphic.

If your ideal client is influenced by clear abbreviated data, an infographic will work well. Check online for programs that can help you build infographics quickly, or outsource this to professionals.

Videos

Creating marketing content with video is always a hit to the majority of today’s audiences. According to the latest forecasts, digital video consumption will surpass TV viewing – it’s just a matter of time. Creating videos of yourself teaching a concept, sharing an inspiring message or other short broadcasts can be an excellent way to market yourself. Video will give your prospects an opportunity to experience to your teaching style.

Remember to always include a Call to Action at the end of every video. An invitation to opt-in to a download or to schedule appointment are possibilities.

These are just a few examples of the types of content that you can use to build your brand. You can avoid getting caught up in doing busy work if you seek the help of a professional. Stick to what you love best: coaching!
