The Launch & Grow CHALLENGE is now in the past and we are done and done! What a great five days working with coaches! Here’s what we did, day-by-day:
Day 1
Are you ready for some of the challenges that most new coaches face? You never knew you had to wear two hats: coach and entrepreneur. You were born to coach, yet the processes of running a business may be difficult. Creating your own support team can help you with advise, new strategies and maybe just offer a shoulder to cry on when things are not going your way. You can watch Day 1 here.
Day 2
On Day 2 of the Launch & Grow CHALLENGE gave you a deeper dive into your Ideal Client. Who are they? Where do they work, shop and play? What are their challenges? What are they looking for? Get started on answering these questions and tune into the replay of Day 2 for more ideas and things to think about.
Day 3
Do you have a workshop and/or coaching package? You need one! Day 3 covers some of the fundamentals of creating a workshop and developing a coaching package. Having a package, especially, provides you will a longer term engagement with your Ideal Client. That allows them to transform over time and helps you strengthen the relationship. Day 4
Day 4 was all about the money, honey! But where do you begin? We cover that, as well as how to plan your annual revenue. You need to do it right the first time in order to have a thriving coaching business. Get your pencil ready to take notes and watch the Day 4 replay here.
Day 5
